Birthday in Seattle - breakfast and a new hotel

We woke up the morning of my birthday, packed up and got ready. We made one last trip to the Pike Place Market for a birthday breakfast - which turned into a birthday feast!! We got lots of goodies at a little bakery: cinnamon roll, pumpkin cookie cake, snickerdoodle cookie - oh so yummy! (Yes, that's a lot of sweetness, but hey, it was my birthday!!) I also got a chai tea, which was delicious. We ate our breakfast in our hotel room, enjoying the view we had one last time. We snapped one last picture in our first hotel room, and checked out.

We then checked into the second hotel. It was a charming little hotel - although run by a "chain company," this was a one-of-a-kind hotel. Each room in our hotel was named after a local vineyard. In the evening, they had a wine tasting with local wines. The rooms were gorgeous - we had a king suite with a sitting area, floor to ceiling, wall to wall curtains, and a fancy bathroom. We had a new view to enjoy, too!
