Husband's SWAT interview went great! In fact, he had the best interview score of the 6 people in addition to the best physical test score! Which all leads to - He made the SWAT Team!!!!! I am so proud of him! We celebrated all weekend - we had lots to celebrate this weekend. As of this coming Friday, he will hold three of the most prestigious positions a law enforcement officer can: Motor Officer, SWAT Team Member, and Field Training Officer. WOW! How impressive! He leaves for his FTO school this afternoon, but on Thursday night I get to join him!
On our way back from our destination this weekend we stopped at a furniture store and found the sectional for the living room and master bedroom set we'd love to own some day. It gave us something to look forward to and save for. Maybe in five years we'll be able to gaze lovingly on it in our own home, rather than at online pictures like we'll be doing for some time now.
