We're so happy we decided to put up all of our Christmas decorations and have the fun of finding new spots for old favorites in our new house! It's been nice to have the excitement of Christmas joy around to cheer us up after a LONG day (or night!) of work.
The Tree & Our Second Mantle: Our Christmas tree finally fits in our house without bending the top 2 feet over! It's so much fun to look at the ornaments we've collected over time and remember the memories from each. I'm proud to announce I even have three attorney ornaments on the tree, finally! Our "first mantle" is filled with our Christmas Village, so we've improvised with a place for our stockings and music-box decorations. Yes, the dog and cat have stockings, too. Ty's stocking is so full it keeps falling off his stocking holder. Guess he must REALLY be on the naughty list this year to get such big lumps of coal in his stocking!!
The Nativity Scene: The Nativity on the left was made by Ty's Grandma and is something we'll treasure for ever. The Nativity in the middle is one we picked out together after a lot of consideration and thought. We discovered Fontanini on our Honeymoon and were hoping their designs could become ours. Last year we found this Fontanini snow-globe and were so excited to make it part of our collection! The Nativity on the right is from my parents, and was hand-made by a man here in our town.
Our Christmas Village: This year we have four buildings - courthouse, police station, law office, and church. We had so much fun putting together the scene with snow, evergreen trees, street lamps, Aspens, etc. I love how some of the fences, trees, and lamp posts actually light up! 
Our Christmas Suburb: This table is host to the 'burbs of the Christmas Village. Soon, our village will take over everything and the 'burbs will move further and further out.
Police #1: All of Ty's police-themed Christmas fun, except for the nutcrackers.
Nutcrackers: One of this year's new nutcrackers even has a Callie-dog next to him!
